Bunnings Rockingham — Landscaping in Rockingham, WA

This is a petty review but WHYYYYY remove the power points in the new cafe. I used to spend so much money here on unnecessary things because the cafe was a great 'Office' to work from. Massive bummer

Really impressed with this Bunnings, I've been in a lot of them lately and I must say that this one had a fantastic range of products, I saw a lot of things today that I hadn't seen before and it's given me fantasic food for thought. If you're moving house or organising your home, you need to go here first, they have all the boxes and moving equipent you could possibly want or need. Thanks Team, fantastic work!

Zoe in Rockinghams paint department is a champion! Zoe helped me choose the correct stain & varnish I needed to restore my antique chair to match the other one, through my pictures on my phone, on both days of the weekend, I was so relieved to see that she was there on the Sunday & would remember me & my project to help me further Zoe is very pleasant to deal with & knowledgeable about the products in store, Zoe also really listened to me & what I was saying to make sure I got the exact product needed I’m glad that Zoe works at my local Bunnings

The people at the front or behind the desk at the back are all nice and helpful at their station but when your looking for something there is hardly anyone around and if you find them they don't really take you to where you need to go they just say isle 11 etc .... But it's a big store and it's not always correct what they tell you. You can get pretty much everything you could think of that a Bunning would sell. I think people miss there sausage sizzles which they still have at the Valdivia store.

Extremely poor service from the staff accross multiple visits. If your planning on going to bunnings today, make sure to bring yout own customer service as this will not be provided by Bunnings. Ensure to schedule extra time for your visit as being served does involve waiting for the employees to finish planning thier weekend with the other staff members before they can acknowledge you as a customer. This also applies to the employees at the door. Please allow 5 minutes at the door for the employee to acknowledge you, finish off thier conversation with the other employee about how crazy last weekend was. Once you leave the store, the experience becomes alot more enjoyable.
