Last week I drove up from Albany to do a few things. One of them required a compactor so I hired one from Kennards Rockingham branch. It was brand new and when I pulled the starter cord, the handle came off and so I could only use it once. I returned it to the store when I’d done as much as I could. The guy at the store told me straight away that I would be reimbursed for the whole amount. I just saw today that they followed through with their promise. I normally don’t leave reviews and it’s easy to have good customer service when everything goes well. It’s when things don’t go to plan , you need great service. This was first class and I would not hesitate to use or recommend Kennards to anyone. Thanks again.

Excellent service from Kennards Hire Rockingham! I hired a compactor, and although the pull cord frustratingly snapped the very first time I tried to start it, the team handled it brilliantly. I contacted George, who was incredibly helpful. She arranged for a replacement to be delivered within 30 minutes. Outstanding customer service, super friendly team, and very competitive pricing. 10/10 — highly recommend!

Very friendly and helpful staff here. Offer hiring solutions for equipment i hadn't heard of to make my job easier. Equipment is always in perfect working order when collected, vast range of equipment available. They're even able to source additional equipment from other sites when they're given enough notice if they don't have it, or it's already on hire. Nice and early start times means you don't have to waste half the day waiting for them to open. I've completed multiple projects using their equipment that's otherwise too expensive to purchase for a once off job.
