They offer various art and craft sessions, for all ages too. Whether you want to upskill through workshop or have therapeutic leisure DIY studio hire for your craft projects with your friends and family, they have it all. I came here for a girl group dates (no kids). All the staff on the floor are friendly and helpful. And the best thing is: they have reasonable pricing! What a local gem - highly recommend to channel your inner artist self!

I had a really unpleasant experience at Mugs and Brushes in Rockingham. To start with, the range of ceramics to paint was pretty limited, especially if you’re looking for simple or basic designs. The few items that were nice were extremely expensive for what they were. But the biggest issue was the customer service. The older man working there was extremely rude on both occasions we visited. When we came back to collect our mugs (more than two weeks after painting, since they don’t notify you when they’re ready), he brushed us off with a rude comment about them being “fired tonight” and then just walked away. When we returned again, he was just as unfriendly and unhelpful. For a place that’s supposed to be a creative and enjoyable experience, the attitude of the staff really ruined it. I wouldn’t recommend going unless the customer service improves.

We recently held my son’s 4th birthday party at Mug n Brush after hours, and it was absolutely perfect! The kids had a fantastic time , they were entertained, creative, and totally engaged the whole way through. The staff were amazing, so friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help wherever they could. They really went out of their way to make sure everything ran smoothly. Everyone who came had a great time, and we couldn’t have asked for a better venue. Highly recommend for a fun and stress-free celebration

Beware of Safety Hazards! (See photos) Reluctantly came due to overall grimey feel of the place- but my daughter insisted. The usual lady/owner? was smiley & chatty while we paid, however after trying to access the play area through the wonky gate, my daughter slipped while trying to push the gate open and fell and landed on a screw's pointed end about a thumbs length long sticking out of the floor. She was screaming and crying in pain. Someone from the kitchen offered an icepack. It took approx 10 min to calm my daughter and attempt to play, which she was unable to due to the injury/pain. We went back to the main lady and I showed her a photo of my daughters knee and the screw saying that I wanted to make her aware of that safety hazard. She didnt seem the least bit concerned about the screw or my daughter- gave a very non-chalant "We will have a look" eager instead to sit down and chat to someone else. I asked for a voucher or refund- she said she would give a refund (which Im still waiting for it to come through) and a very abrupt, unempathetic 'sorry'. The website has language to try to cover theirselves due to liability, but they should really consider if they really should be having a place that childre frequent given its current state as well as their lack of empathy.

Absolutely love it here. Family run art centre that has a huge indoor play gym. Huge range of ceramics to choose to paint - then come back in two weeks to collect your glazed item. Good excuse to do another! The cafe has a good range of affordable options and a lot of the adult night sip and paint/craft sessions look like fun. Caters to kids parties too. The staff are all lovely and very welcoming. A real gem of a place.
