Riverina Pools (Rockingham Display Centre) — Landscaping in Rockingham, WA

Just had our third pool installed by Riverina and was expecting the same high quality experience we have received in the past. Instead what we have experienced is dismal customer service with no communication regarding the completion of our pool installation for almost two weeks after it had first been put in the ground. Instead we had to phone and email several times to find out what was happening. Now to top it all off the heating isn’t working and a valve on the pool pump has fallen apart so now the pump isn’t working either. We reported the heating issue a week ago and still haven’t heard from anyone. This whole experience has caused a lot of stress and anxiety especially as we had other trades lined up to complete the landscaping around the pool which has now been severely delayed. Riverina took our money but have not delivered what we paid for. Take my advice and spend your hard earned cash with a company who will respect you as a customer and provide what you paid for - a pool you can actually use. Shame on you Riverina.

We looked at several pool companies and were shown excellent customer service from Will at the showroom on Dixon road, all costs were broken down and explained in detail. Pool installation went perfectly and on time. Site foreman knew what he was doing and explained the install process fully. The only issue I found was with the customer service centre in Jandakot afterwards but this was addressed by Will immediately. Even post sale and install he goes out of his way to make it a positive experience. Highly recommend.

We have waited for almost 12 months for this unscrupulous company to complete our pool. We are still waiting for coping to be laid and the pool was promised for November 2021. It is now June 2022. We have lost confidence and do not appreciate that the rest of our garden has been decimated in the process and is now a winter mud pit. We cannot even re-landscape until the pool is finished.

Professional up to the point you hand over thousands of dollars. All jobs contracted out. Unprofessional communication and the contractors who do not care about your property leaving a big mess for you to clean up after them, and then ask for cash in hand on the day for extra loads of soil, after leaving you with extra soil for you to remove yourself. However if the truck was loaded properly in the first place there would not be extra soil. Con trick. Too many contractors involved. Definitely would not recommend.

I cannot speak highly enough of Will and the team at Riverina. I enquired about a white coloured pool, which back then was not in the range. Will exceeded our expectations by working along with us in a timely and constructive manner producing samples until the perfect white with glitter speckles was created. The results were astounding, especially once filled with water created an inviting light blue. Even to this day, the aftercare service is second to none - all queries met and nothing is left in the dark. The pool is in excellent condition to when it was installed. Riverina Pools, Rockingham is a great example of what consumer service should be. :)
