Jamieon and her supervisor Matt were absolutely awesome to deal with assisting with the last in stock item in the country and happily helped getting postage sorted, even let me know about the depot dollar card offer that day which I was clueless about. Communicative, friendly and following through on service promised- that’s just bloody awesome guys. Cheers again.

Just like any other store. What sold it was the impeccable friendly service, of the team on a busy Saturday 22 march. While the store was busy not one member fell short in friendliness, professionalism, up sales, family in home welcome., seem to be led by there duty manager Bella, I believe the name was. It’s amazing how a simple smile, simple service and expert knowledge, go a long way. Defo be making it my local store. Well done team bosses give the team on that Saturday a pay rise

I visited the store yesterday in search of chainsaw parts and was assisted by William, who provided outstanding customer service. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. However, my experience with the female staff member next to him was disappointing, as she seemed unapproachable and lacked customer service etiquette. Despite this, I will definitely return for tools and the excellent service provided by individuals like William. Thank you, William, for your help—I truly appreciate it
