Rika called me back and said “We have it in store and you guys sorted it out!” Next time I need service with knowledgeable staff I’m going straight to your store. Called into this store to source a new DeWalt pump for a pressure washers, didn't worry about the cost and even wanted them to install it again happy to pay a few hundred. First got told to bring the machine in, the next day arrived back they took pictures to send away for pricing etc. At the same time took all my details and entered them into their system. Well six days later called back again, the actual store manager whom had been dealing with me was in Melbourne, so another person checked the system and advised nothing had been done, they did ring the managers mobile and left a message promising they'd ring me the same day, another 3 days goes bye and not one phone call, so we went to another Tool shop bought a new pressure washer actually reasonable price at $1,080 but will I ever go back to these again (NO) customer service they've got no idea, recon they live of the one of sale yet good Business thrive on repeat sales. Disgraceful business

The item I wished to purchase wasn’t in stock so went to the counter where there was a lineup of customers which is fine , happy to wait But the boss instructed the young fellas to continue pulling posters down rather than providing service The young fella that served me hadn’t done an order in sale before and rather than the boss showing him the process he decided to be little him and treat him like he was stupid. Felt very sorry for him Found out the bosses name was “Nathan” Would be a terrible boss to work under and shouldn’t be in retail
