What a beautiful experience!! Daniel helped us to get what we wanted with his knowledge. Then they called to arrange a date for the installation. And wow!!! I was at work the whole morning , came home in the afternoon to find my patio completely done! I was so so happy that I called their office to tell them how happy I was. I reached to Grand Patios given a neighbour had used them for a complicated construction in their driveway in Warnbro… I was put onto Daniel Smith, who called and arranged a meetup to discuss. From the outset I was impressed with every aspect - from consideration to design, shown how it would look, to the support staff who visited on several occasions to ensure the design/fitment all went well. There was a delay in the final construction due to staff shortages, however this was communicated well throughout. The staff at Grand Patios were delightful and reliable and the final fitting by Darkin Constructions was first rate and completed in 7 hours… It was not cheap - however the value is well and truly there - an asset to the home and will add considerable value, not to mention the comfort the patio provides. From when I first entered the showroom, the customer service has been faultless. I had an idea of the type of pool pergola I required but wasn't sure how big or the materials most suitable. Daniel listened to my requirements and drew a sketch which became a reality. I was advised of a lengthy wait (6mths) before I could expect the build to start. After a deposit was paid, site inspection and plans were drawn, Council approvals gained and the job began in April. The build team arrived on time, had the job finished in a couple of days and cleaned up afterwards. Then I realised an alteration/addition for a blind needed to be added at one end. Again, the Team was very accomodating and the job was slotted into the hectic schedule within a week or two. Nothing was too difficult for them. Grand Patios have been a delight to deal with from the start to finish of this job and I have no hesitation in recommending them. I have other work which I will be putting their way. Fantastic job all round. Thankyou
