WA Fibreglass Pools (Rockingham Display Centre) — Outdoor Paving in Rockingham, WA

We had high hopes when choosing this company to install our pool, however the overall experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. We were fully aware that we would be digging through limestone and had discussed this beforehand. When excavation began, we were suddenly pressured on the spot to sign a variation ranging anywhere between $3,000–$7,000. When we simply asked for the variation to be itemised and explained — including how there could be a $4,000 price difference — we were immediately told “If you don’t sign now, we’re leaving.” We were not refusing to sign, we were only asking for clarity. Despite this, within five minutes they packed up and left our property. They left us with a half-dug hole in our yard and no pool installed, despite us having a signed contract. We have two primary school–aged children and a dog, and were suddenly left with a dangerous open excavation that we now had to manage ourselves. When we contacted head office, they were completely unhelpful and unsupportive. A few days later, they agreed they could return — but only if we paid a minimum of $7,000, despite the fact that they were the ones who abandoned the job. We were left with no choice but to organise and dig our own pool. This was meant to be an exciting and happy time for our family. Instead, it has been the most stressful, upsetting and disappointing building experience we have ever had. We would never recommend this company to anyone.

Been a fantastic experience from start to finish. Pauline has been wonderful, going through everything from beginning to end. Love Henry the 1 man band pool installer. He has worked his guts out no stop. Not an easy job on your own but he didn’t stop guy needs a pay rise lol. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new pool.

Only go with these guys for you pool or spa needs. Amazing from start to finish! Special thank you to Denise who was so supportive and communication was outstanding! Also not forgetting Grayden who did our dig for pool, what a great experience and not stressful at all! Grayden was great. The whole team at bay pools and spas are honest, consistent and helpful. I absolutely love my new pool. It’s perfect. I can’t recommend them enough!!!!! Thank you again guys! See you in the shop soon :-)

We would just like to say a rather large thank you to Bay Pools and Spas for our wonderful pool, we couldn't be happier with the end result. The Team that undertook this were simply fantastic from Kev who initially ran through the best pool and auxiliary equipment options that met our needs and wants, Neil who organised the project on the ground, Grayden who did a remarkable job of actually installing the pool itself, Adam who completed the amazing paving work you see in the pictures through to Tracey who was constantly following up to ensure everything was being done as planned and there weren't any dramas. It certainly wasn't the best time to be installing a pool as everyone in Perth seemed to have had the same idea at the same time. Whilst there were some challenges during the process, which is to be expected with a project of that size, they were always navigated in a friendly and professional manner with a minimum of fuss. Overall an awesome experience from an awesome Team, thank you Bay Pools and Spas, we love the end result! Let me simply add in closing that I would definitely recommend them if you're looking at putting in a pool.

Absolutely Awesome service, 100% recommend. The initial contact in their shop was very informative To Kevin a big thumbs up for a great all round service from quote to clean up. The best diggers who were very efficient and hard working. (Forgot name) Brad the pool equipment guy who set everything up and got everything working spot on. The tiler and the fence guys were very reliable and good communication. All round friendly service, can’t recommend them enough. Thanks Bays Pools and Spas, love my new pool area. 👍
