Spotlight Rockingham — Turf Installation in Rockingham, WA

This is not a staff issue but a system issue. I just paid $165 for 30 meters of 2.5mm tracking cord. I originally jumped on-line to see where I can get this specific width - as Bunnings and order places only had 3mm or 2mm width cord at around $15 per 20 meter. I urgently needed this tracking cord and the shop was super busy. I challanged the price and they checked - "the computer said $5.50 per meter. What a rip off - I am seriously disappointed and upset. See invoice below. I would recommend people double check everything at this place.

Rockingham Spotlight was a pleasure to walk into today even though it was boxing day sales store was neat and tidy going through checkout was a breeze even though the cue was long we managed to get out rather quickly

I went to buy a product. I couldn't find it on the shelf. I was told there are possibly 2, around the shop somewhere, unless they've been sold. The staff weren't very helpful, except one young guy. I was told they could order from another store but couldn't get it sent to Rocky, but I'd have to go to Mandurah or Cockburn I get it. What's the point of ordering it then. Very disappointed.
