We engaged Scarborough Strata a few years ago and have been extremely happy with their services. Having an accredited Strata Manager clarify and apply the relevant by-laws under the Strata Titles Act has been extremely valuable to ensure compliance and resolve any disagreements among owners. David takes care of all the secretarial and accounting requirements, manages insurance renewals / claims, obtains quotes for work to common areas and promptly responds to any query. I would highly recommend him.
