Do not park here. It is a well known area for robberies and our car got broken into and our items stolen during broad daylight 👎

We recently visited Read Park and had a wonderful experience. We stopped to use the clean and well-maintained facilities and discovered gym equipment, which we tried and loved. The park also features a touching memorial acknowledging the loss, grief, and trauma experienced by state survivors of forced adoption. Additionally, there's a great playground for kids. We thoroughly enjoyed and loved our time there.

The council took away the kids playground for this mess. Want to ride a bike or cross trainer with no resistance? Look no further.

The only location in WA where a memorial has been established acknowledging the loss, grief and trauma experienced by the states survivors of forced adoption policies and practices ( 1940’s - 1980’s). Well done ARMS, FASS, Relationships Australia and the City of Victoria Park.
