Viva Grass — Turf Installation in Wangara, WA

I recently had artificial grass installed by Viva Grass, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience! From the outset, Reid, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. He was incredibly easy to communicate with, always honest and upfront about the costs involved. This level of transparency made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. The installation team did a fantastic job! They paid attention to the little details that truly made a difference. I was particularly impressed by how seamlessly they managed to hide the joins in the grass, creating a flawless look. To top it all off, they provided us with a spare piece of grass cut to fit our side area for our dog. Overall, I highly recommend Viva Grass for anyone considering artificial grass installation.

After invasion by army worms that I spent a lot of time trying to kill them off. I was left with a choice of having to re-do my lawn again or get synthetic turf. I got sick of the high water bills and not enough free time in the week trying to get the perfect patch. Glad I got synthetic grass in the end as it just looks good all the time and one less job on the weekend.

This company is an absolute joke. We couldn't even get them to come and quote on a job. Shocking customer service. I originally sent an email enquiry, no response. Fair enough, could have gone into their junk folder. Went into their store, got some samples and left my details for someone to get back to me about coming to quote the job. They never got back to me. I contacted their recommended installer (message was seen), no response. I wouldn't usually persue a company who clearly aren't interested but we love the quality of the grass, we were set on it. I tried again, called and spoke to a guy who said to text through my details and he would get back to me. No response to my text and haven't heard anything, this was 2 weeks ago. We have given up now, they obviously can't be bothered or think they are too important. There is no excuse for this but I would be interested to know why I was treated like this. 4 attempts to get this job quoted, unacceptable.

Worst experience ever. Shocking installation and they have refused to fix the problem. Reid is the owner and refuses to take my calls. The lawn has split down all the joins and Reid blamed it on a bad batch of joining tape. We spent over $26,000 on this job and it had ended in disaster. Reid has blamed it on his ex partner even though Reid owned half the business at the time and was there for the dodgy install. Had to ring Reid from another mobile so he would take my call and he rudely hung up the phone. Photos are available of this shonky job for anyone that needs proof. Andy
