AA West Precast Concrete — Outdoor Paving in Arndell Park, NSW

They do not provide any Compliance Certificate with Australian Standards or National Building Code for the structural materials they supply. I cannot get the Occupancy Certificate due to lack of their documents. Engineer wants their specifications on how they build stairs treads to see whether they comply with Australian Standards. I contacted them multiple times without a success.
