BIG W Blacktown — Irrigation in Blacktown, NSW

Store staff were friendly and the online order pick up from their service desk l was seamless. 5 out of 5. But the Big W website was horribly slow and the whole reason I had to drive to the store was because their online check out system has a glitch, no doubt. It would keep showing items need to be reviewed every time my cart total was eligible for free shipping, even when I changed things around.

Bigw gate staff didnt let me in at 8:52 when store closing time is 9 on Thursday, i just wanted to grab a kids bag already selected and pay. Bad experience.
