I have been going to this Bunnings since they have opened. Most of the time there is no staff to help and give you advice on products. I bought battery operated lawn mower with a good faith as there was no one to help me choose the right one. It’s very small and keeps turning itself off, they refused to exchange or refund it now and td me rough luck. I will never stop in to this store ever again and do not recommend anyone to visit.

I went to Bunnings in Blacktown today and needed some information regarding Lawn care. Somebody sent Natajia (Natalia) for help and she was outstanding. She took her time to explain everything and made sure I understood the process and recommended the required things that should help the lawn. Amazing service! Keep it up

Yesterday I went to bunnings at 4:40pm the trade gates shutting at 5pm i know it was close but only needed one sheet of ply, they didn't want to let me drive in as it was close to 5pm which is understandable, I asked if I could move my car near the roller door then to make it easier to load and if I could get a hand lifting it on and the staff member said yes, I then asked for help finding so I could be faster for his sake and wouldn't go past 5pm he instead brushed off what I asked as he was busy flirting with a girl staff member clearly trying to flirt, after I found it I went back and let him know its in stock and he rudely told me I was running out of time and would need to go pay for it first and told me to "start running" I walked fast to the register and luckily got through the line quick as staff called me over to the tool shop register, the lady working the register was having problems her computer and was projecting it, another staff member came to help her and it looked like they had beef too, as I'm paying for my item the guy who told me to 'run' walks past without stopping and says to me "your too late buddy". and then tell and old staff member something I couldn't here, that older staff member then comes over and give me a lecture about arriving late but says he will help load it even tho he clearly didn't want to, he does help me load it on to a trolly which when loading he drops the end his holding on harder than nesacery clearly to make a statement. And yes the wood has a hefty dint and chip to show for it but at this point I just want to leave so I say I'll push it out myself and go load it on my car by myself which wasent easy. Check your security footage and audio for 4:40pm to 5:20pm on the 5/10/2025. Your staff is awful. they are unclear with what they are doing and what they want you to do making for confused customers and then they are rude once miss understand. they young ones smart ass remarks to 'run' and 'too late buddy' after he said he would wait are going to get him into some big trouble with customers in the future and myself wont be as nice next time as now my guard is up dealing with your staff there. I run a business myself and I'd fire any staff that treat a customer like this in a second and a company of your size should know better. I've had rude staff here on a few occasions and heard it from others too, its the only bunnings I have seen this at. that was 4 rude staff, and the young guy from the roller doors was really asking for trouble. what they requested was fair but the way they spoke and there actions according were not. that said the door staff and the main register workers are all nice.

I visited Bunnings today with my kids, and it was such a great experience! The store is massive and literally has everything you can think of — from building materials, tools, and maintenance supplies to camping and outdoor gear. It’s a one-stop shop for all kinds of home projects. One of the best things I loved about this place is the kids’ play and building area. My children had so much fun learning how to build and explore new things in a creative way — it’s both entertaining and educational 👷♂️👧. There’s also a beautiful garden section with a wide variety of plants and gardening supplies 🌿, plus a key-cutting service 🔑, which is super convenient. The customer service was excellent — staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. You can tell they genuinely care about helping customers find what they need. Overall, it’s a fantastic place not just for shopping but also for spending some quality time with the family. I highly recommend visiting Bunnings — especially if you have kids who love to learn and explore new things! 👨👩👦👦

This has been my goto Bunnings, especially after Pet Food was introduced. I always found the items I needed in Stock. Rest of the setup is as same as other Bunnings. All the Isles are in ground floor so its a big convenience. Plenty of Open Parking Space and the store is easily accessible via Great Western Highway.
