Woolworths Chatswood East — Irrigation in Chatswood, NSW

I shop at Woollies East Chatswood because their wheelchair parking is undercover and conveniently located, there are two lifts which aren't slow, and the best thing is that they have a shopping trolley specifically designed to universally fit onto many types of wheelchairs. This makes shopping with my mother, who is mobility disabled, not only easier but actually a pleasent experience for both of us. The choice and range of products is great, the customer service is friendly and forthcoming, so the whole experience of supermarket shopping here is a cut above the rest. I don't shop anywhere else now. Great work, Woollies East Chatswood!

It's probably a nice store but I wouldn't know because the parking is so horrendous I gave up trying to find a spot and went to another supermarket (a Coles) instead. According to the counter outside there were a total of 5 spots available in the entire parking area. Hoping that this was an error I tried anyway but, unfortunately, it was as bad as expected and I gave up trying to find the elusive 5 vacant spots. Throw in the crampedness of parking lot - the exits from the up- and down- ramps are particularly tight - and this is one parking lot I hope to never see again.

Staff were in big rush, pushing customers away to complete their online orders. This completely ruins the experience in store. No one wants to get pushed around by staff when they are buying grocery. Please train your staff some manners and how to interact with customers. Not sure if I will return to this woolies again

Rating: 8.5/10 in comparison to other woollies and Coles this Woolworths has a vast range of products and a large store and most of all new features such as scan and go that other Woolworths and Coles simply do not offer. the staff are lovely and they all cater to the customer experience a lot more than some other Woolworths and Coles I’ve seen. I come here every couple days and the staff are always lovely.

convenient supermarket with the bonus of EV charging stations in the car park. ⚡🚗 Shopping is easy with a good range of groceries, fresh produce, and daily essentials. The store is clean, well-organized, and staff are friendly. The EV chargers work well and make it super handy to top up your car while doing your shopping. A great example of combining everyday convenience with sustainability.
