2 weeks waiting for parts ordered and haven’t even been sent from the shop yet! Company motto is “fast shipping Australia wide” what a joke!

Purchased for a client online 21/11. Phoned the same day to make sure the order was ready for pickup the next day, was assured it would be. 1hr 45min drive, no order ready and the young man wasn't too willing to pick the order on the spot. Only after telling him I was assured it would be picked on the spot he reluctantly put the order together. The “preassembled” filter/pressure reg kit I paid for was brought out in pieces and dumped in a box. After half an hr, no drip line found and was told it would need to be ordered and I posted. Phoned 26/11, left a message, call was not returned. Phoned 27/11, was told it had not been ordered yet and was unaware there was missing parts to the order. Phoned again 3/12, line had only just been ordered and would arrive Friday or Monday and be sent out. Phoned Thursday 11/12 “oh, its here and will be sent out tomorrow” 3 weeks now, client is unhappy, no accountability or communication from this company to resolve the issue and will have to call AGAIN today as I has zero faith it will be sent as promised. I will be lucky to finish the job before xmas now. First and last time purchasing from this company. Great website (which is why I gave them a try) but dont expect good customer service, I have had to chase them up at every stage to solve this and receive my products and they have followed through on none of what they had promised. Very poor service. They do not return your phonecall when voice message is left and I am still waiting for a receipt for the goods to be emailed. I would not recommend this company. Many more suppliers in the area with better service ……. JUST WHEN I THOUGHT IT COULDN'T GET WORSE….. Called the company back.. had not been posted, no notes, no information about sending it, surprise, surprise. Bec (the only one there who seemed to care about solving this for me) said she would put it in the post that day. Someone there (assumed the owner based on how he was talking in the background) had her in tears when she returned to the phone and she had to tell him to leave and shut the door, what sort of boss bullies their staff into tears?? TO MAKE THINGS WORSE, HE CUT 12MTRS OFF MY 50MTR ROLL TO GET HIS MONEY FOR POSTAGE BACK!!! HE CUT THE 12 MTRS OFF THE ROLL I HAD PAID FOR!! What sort of company does that?? Either spite or total incompetents, from what Ive experience, plenty of both, do not deal with this trash.

I ordered a foot valve sock and it took a couple of weeks to arrive. When it arrived I was disappointed in the size and flimsy make up of the item and it was secured by a drawstring threaded rough the top opening….at a cost of $38.01….this in my opinion was a complete rip off, and to add fuel to the fire I was charged $20 postage for something that would have fitted in a small invoice envelope…….once bitten twice shy

I received the products I ordered very quickly, considering I am on the other side of the country. There was a mistake in my order, and I got sent the wrong sprinkler heads, both are similar, so mistakes do happen. As soon as I asked for them to be swapped, I got a return sticker, and they sent out the ordered ones very quickly. All up, very happy and will order of them again.

I've recently made a couple of major purchases from Dural Irrigation. I can vouch that their after sales service is second to none. They employ knowledgable staff who are on hand to support a purchase and also to respond to a phone call afterwards. Happy to recommend them.
