Very helpful crew its a little remote but its really nice as these people know what they are doing. My favourite part is the dog (Billy) which keeps the kids entertained while we look for irrigation parts 5/5 recommend

I came into Dural Irrigation in Dural to buy a few fittings and was shocked to find they were charging over 40% more than the prices listed on their own website. Even though I am a member and have an account with them, I was told “it is what it is” and given no explanation at all. I ended up paying way more for every item and was treated like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Really disappointing experience — it felt like customer loyalty meant nothing. I won’t be returning.

I visited Dural Irrigation and Tony provided me with exceptional assistance. As I was purchasing irrigation supplies, I learned that Tony shares a passion for marine aquariums. He shared some advice that helped me greatly. Tony’s friendly demeanor and extensive knowledge is an asset to the business. Highly recommend.

You need to shop here. The service and knowledge is INCREDIBLE. Despite only having a small project with not a lot of spend (plumbing the inside of a slide on camper for a Big Lap of Australia), Chris and Warwick spent an hour talking me through different options and why certain builds wouldn’t work and why some fixtures would be more useful for what I wanted than others. They were super patient and never condescending. Prices were great. I really see why this place has a 5 star google reviews rating.
