Hunter Pavers — Outdoor Paving in Heatherbrae, NSW

Searched all over Sydney to find the best price and quality for travertine pavers for a very large outdoor area. Hunter Pavers are by far the best priced and were so helpful. We prepaid for our order last August (a very large sum) and 2 weeks ago we found out that the company was having a tough time financially via sms by the owner Omid and that our pavers might be held up. We became very concerned that we had lost a lot of money and that we had been scammed. Omid took our calls, assured us he would do what he can and yesterday he made it happen for us. I didn’t actually think this was going to work out. Omid went above and beyond to help us. All I can say is sometimes companies have some troubles and with a bit of patience and communication it came good for us. Omid also paid for the transportation.

Good pavers, painful refund process ⭐️3/5 Hunter Pavers did a solid job with the pavers - good quality. Huge letdown was the $280 refund ordeal. I was owed money after making a small change to my order and unfortunately I had already paid in full. Took 8 weeks of chasing, sending emails, phone calls, and messages just to get my own money back. Not cool. Wouldn't recommend dealing with their admin side. Eventually got the refund, after relentless follow up with the company.
