My experience with Elaine was amazingggg! I came in due to neck pain caused by a work incident and from the first appointment, she was so informative and patient with me. She provided me with a range of techniques to help support my neck and walked me through each technique step by step. 1000% would recommend seeing Elaine! :)

The team is professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable as they take the time to explain everything clearly and make you feel at ease. Mitch was incredibly thorough in assessing my concerns and developed a personalised treatment plan that’s made a noticeable difference in my posture, flexibility, and overall comfort, especially in my shoulders and lower back. As someone who plays golf regularly, I’ve also seen a big improvement in my swing, range of rotation/motion, and recovery, all thanks to Mitch’s targeted approach.
