My experience shopping twice at diferent times at big w was negative mainly due to unpleasant and unhelpful staff. One would think basic customer services skills can be easily learnt but it requires willingness and humbleness which sadly the big w staff rarely displays. And retail staff wonder why people.prefer online shopping!!

The store was well-stocked and reasonably organised for the busy Christmas period. Adrian assisted me at the check out and made easy small talk with a genuine smile. Although some customers might feel too overwhelmed by the Chrissy-crazies to converse, Adrian’s warm customer service was greatly appreciated. Please commend him on a job well-done.

I did a click and collect here yesterday and picked it up today I was very happy with the toy I brought for my grandson and the service received from staff at big W. I virtually walked in called for assistance the man came straight away and assisted me I was in and out in 5 minutes. I’m very happy and highly recommend. They let you know by email when the order is ready and you let them know your coming to pick up
