Disappointed with the service. Staff were occupied on their phones and ignored customers waiting. When I finally got help, the product knowledge was very limited and I didn’t feel confident in the advice given. Customer service definitely needs improvement.

Bathe and Bathe+ is not the same product and they did not change their package. Find out yourself online, I am tired with the lady and don’t want to say any words. It’s maybe same product code in your system but it is not the same product with the package with the + and not the +. Upset. Not all the staff, the youngest male is a helper. They send me wrong item, and I come to exchange. No stress. But upset. Last time I come to refund stuff same experience with the lady. 1 star for my experience because the last staff I met not a helper. They want to solve the issue by their ways not by customer expectations. Both times I always keep waiting, last time is worth, I get an order from the lady I must stand as the line - not on the section exchange and refund, but on the line that customer checkout. Please erase the big words exchange and refund here at the counter to let customers not confuse. Thanks any to refund.

Friendly Staff with very good technical and product knowledge. Plenty of Parking, very easy to locate store, price match, branded plus SCA products, well maintained store. Kudos to All Staff

Went instore to buy a license plate protector frame, 3 staff on, 2 females and 1 male Approached the first female staff, asian female told me ask the guy out the front for the size did that, went back instore. The second female a larger women wasnt friendly at all told me to wait 15-30 mins for that same guy to come back instore to get show me, which is besides the point spent alot of time there just to be screwed around. Honestly management should fire the larger lady and promote the guy at least he was more helpful than the other 2

Oh my goodness even 1 star is alot to be given for this dealership. It is most likely worst supercheap auto of whole Australia. The manager sucks fully and is too rude in her basic talks. I went in there for a basic brake light bulb change and their technician could not even open the rear light, not had any tools to do so and even struggled removing plastic covers gosh. I had to open youtube video to help her. She couldnt do it even after 20 minutes and asked me to bring rope from the shop to follow youtube video method. When I went in shop in the manager directed me to rope section and then came later rudely saying we cannot do it, go to electrician It happened after wasting my 20 minutes. I drove to hoxley park dealership and got it done without any hussle. The manager should be ashamed of herself for having zero technical knowledge yet being rude and dealer should hire some proper experienced handy people not children. Avoid this shitty shop
