Shane and his team are professional, courteous and hard working. Given the constraints on side access they completed all the soil extraction by hand. Nothing was a problem, extra requests including picking up plants, pots and stones not originally scoped. We had some dramas with council due to our difficult block that has an easement but Shane and his team were so accommodating and put extra work in to rectify our issues.
