I had a wonderful experience with Biota Studio and their team. Everyone was incredibly helpful and kind, and I especially want to thank Adrian for being so honest, generous, and patient when answering all of my questions and concerns. He helped me significantly with my latest order after the delivery process was a bit bumpy, but we worked through it together and I received all of my items safely and very securely packaged. I’ve only ordered twice so far as I’m still a fairly new customer, but this experience has absolutely made me a permanent one. I will definitely be buying from Biota Studio many, many more times in the future. I am a frequent customer when I wanted to buy spiders especially jumping ones all the staff there that I have met are awesome always up for friendly chat. Also they give advice and recommendations, I am always so excited to show them the spider I have that has grown bigger in size. I also only let them look after my spiders when I go on trips and they take really well care for it and all there stuff are very affordable I am always happy with the service they give and they really do take care of the animals always love seeing the frogs and the lizards.

I’ve been to the store 4-5 times now, always the best customer service, so knowledgeable and it really feels like a labour of love for the team that work there! My son has a deep passion for insects, lizards and amphibians, so Biota is his happy place, and the team just indulge his curiosity, which is so awesome for him. We have bought equipment, insects, moss, hardscape and a frog, all top notch, well priced and the team are just so nice to deal with and always have the best advice - I can’t recommend more highly!

My son and I built a vivarium for our eastern green dwarf tree frogs over two weekends with Adrian and his assistant. Adrian was so helpful, knowledgeable and inspirational. The vivarium looks amazing and Jack and the frogs are very happy. If you are thinking about building any kind of living ecosystem I highly recommend Biota Studios 🐸
