BIG W Carindale — Irrigation in Carindale, QLD

Delivered wrong product, and subsequently told me they could not deliver the correct one. Refund was delayed for two months after I returned the item (I had to call them to check in on it); even after doing this they refunded the incorrect amount.

Non return policy signs have been put on wall isn't visible for customers, signs are hiding behind the wall ,maneger is very ignorant and walks away , product has been purchased will not work ,because packaging was opened I can't return it back , how am I supposed to no if it is working or not if I don't open the packaging and try it

Came to buy a nightie with my neice as she had pyjama day at school. We couldn't find what we were looking for so I flagged down one of the staff members who pointed us in the right direction. My neice found something she liked. It was quick & easy to use the self serve check out and we didn't have to wait in line.

This is a nice, fresh store in the Big W chain. The area is very clean, open, and uncluttered, making it easy to access with a wheelchair. The range is average for a Big W. However, it is very sorely lacking in ladies' intimates - a very small selection. There is also almost no plus-size clothing for men or women compared to other stores. I was impressed to find recycling stations for children's toys and electronic goods.
