The Team was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect cleaner for our pool. The robot itself is a game changer—powerful, efficient, and saves us so much time. It’s truly worth every penny! We also bought additional pool products, and the quality has been excellent. Our pool has never looked better! The entire process, from consultation to purchase, was smooth and professional. We received everything promptly and in perfect condition. Recently had a split underground pool pump pipe - the pool tek team took care of this for me with zero hassles. Locating the pipe, discussing the best options to resolve and completing the replacement works. Waited around to test the system after and the system has since ran like a dream. Pool Tek followed up to ensure there was no further leaks before confirming I could re-cover. Would recommend and use again.

It's never a pleasant experience to walk in that shop. The owner or manager doesn't seem to value being nice or helpful to customers, so you're never treated well (don't count on them to help you out carry your bags of salts to your car for example). This behaviour is transmitted to the rest of the team, so regardless of who you're facing, same story. If you have access to other poolshops like Poolspot in camp hill or Marina pool in mount Gravatt, you'll have a much better customer experience. Edit: The shop was empty when I bought the salt, 2 people behind the counter, no help. Easier to attack my review and call me a keyboard warrior than addressing the root of the issue that's been highlighted by other reviews: you have a bad attitude, no sense of service, and prefer to blame your customers than question yourself. No wonder you have one of the lowest google ratings 5km around!

We had Len out this morning to replace sand in our ageing pool filter with glass. Great job Len!! My husband and I are always very happy with the advice and service we receive from Len and his team whether it be on-site poolside or in their shop. Always knowledgeable and never pushy. Highly recommend!!
