Ostanes carried out a structural integrity inspection in our home: Dr Shoja was very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained everything he was looking at and why; as well as given us lots of practical advice which was related to structural integrity and otherwise.

Ostanes were great right from the outset - they responded very promptly even on the weekend and we had the inspection and structural engineering report within two days of first contacting them. The admin staff and engineer were both very friendly, helpful and communicative - we'd be happy to use them again. Thank you!

Initially Ostanes we great for us and provided drawing and did modifications at the request of the builder to add to the plans. Now for the past several weeks they have not responded to any attempts to communicate around finalising certification for works, or request for minor alterations. This has resulted in delays for our build and frustration at not being able to talk to anybody or even acknowledge the emails/attempts for contact. Would not recommend

We had a underpinning company quote us $10,000+ to fix an issue with our house foundation. I wanted to get a 2nd opinion and that of a structural engineer because i didn't want to pay for something i didn't need. Shoja was very knowledgeable and thorough. He checked our entire house for structural issues and concluded that the house was fine and didn't need underpinning!! They also don't carry put work that they recommend to avoid conflict of interest. I am so glad we found them, it has saved us tens of thousands of dollar of unnecessary work
