Our retaining wall fell down so we contacted universe fencing, they came out straight away and quoted up the job within the week. We checked their qbcc licence and they have an open builders licence so we decided to proceed. The whole process was smooth and we were kept in the loop the whole way. We made a few changes to the original quote and universe fencing were super accommodating.
