I have been working with Craig for the last 4 years and since working with Craig I have been feeling so much better. After lengthy discussion with my physiotherapist regarding ongoing management for osteoarthritis, I decided to act on his recommendation and make an appointment with Naturopath Craig Wainwright. My health has improved greatly since working with Craig and my inflammation levels have dropped. Through change of diet I am now 10 kilo lighter, actually feel like exercising and my arthritis has improved greatly. Now I am taking supplements prescribed by a practitioner and not just pot luck off the supermarket shelf, so I am sure the dosage is right and the quality the best. My appointments with Craig are not as often now but are essential to reinforce previous information and learn further about particular foods that can improve my condition and maintain my quality of life in later years. I still wonder at the complexity of our bodies and I'm grateful to find an alternative to taking medication to relieve pain. Keeping it natural is the answer.
