The team were great, responding to our initial request, coming out to size the job and explain everything, super friendly at the show room which was a great way to see the zip track in action and help pick the colour we wanted, and the installers were quick and professional. We had G & B install cafe blinds 15 years ago. They were great then but we needed a couple repaired and a few new bigger spanned blinds. They provided an excellent quote, made the new cafe blinds in a timely fashion and installed them today. The product is fantastic but extra marks for Jimmy the installer. A company that from start to finish demonstrates good old fashioned service. The type of service not seen anymore. More specifically Bill who came to quote was very honest, knowledgeable and not pushy. I even changed my mind on one aspect of blinds well into process and they accommodated my request without hesitation. The builder and James the installer were professional and meticulous in their work. Matt from install team also facilitated the hanging of an internal blind in a high and awkward space.
