Bunnings Marion — Landscaping in Oaklands Park, SA

Avoid this place if you value basic human decency. My friend was subjected to vile racial discrimination today. A staff member yelled "they are all the same" at him for no reason at all—he hadn't even spoken to them. Targeting someone because of their African skin tone is inexcusable. Absolutely disgraceful behavior.

Today I went to the Click and Collect Counter at Marion to collect an order that I had been notified was ready. I waited patiently for about 10 minutes as No One was at the desk but noticed the girl on the next register, the Returns Desk, constantly serving a steady stream of Customers but the worker refused to acknowledge me. After she had served about 10 people I asked if anyone was working at the Click and Collect Desk Today. She grumpily told me to join the end of the line at her desk which now had at least another 10 or more people waiting in line. I advised her that I had already been waiting for over 10 Minutes. She still ignored me and continued to serve others. I then went to the Tool Shop Desk and told the guy that no one was at Click and Collect and he said he would call someone. I went back and waited another 5 minutes and still no one came. By now another 2 women came to Click and Collect and waited in line. I told them what the girl said and they went to join the end of the now increasing line. I waited again and then rang the store but only got the guy at the Tool Shop who said he had called someone. Finally after several more minutes someone came but went to help the girl at Returns. By now the 2 women who had been waiting at Click and Collect but joined that line were now served by the new person and when they said they were there for Click and Collect were told to join the Click and Collect Line, so back they came. Finally after about 20 minutes someone did come to Click and Collect and did finally serve me. I have used Click and Collect often as this is a speedy way of buying the items I already know I want and can quickly collect and leave. Today was the worst ever service I have recieved at Bunnings at Marion. I could have selected the items myself and left quicker than the time it took for me to be served at Click and Collect, Marion. I will not be returning to this store and will shop else where.

I ordered online and Marion filled my order, which is pretty far from where I am and the service I received was outstanding. The ladys that contacted me throughout my issue sourcing chairs i needed for a party was just above and beyond. I work in retail and this is the service that needs to be recognised. I wish I could remember their names because they are good eggs.

I am a carer for a very beautiful little old lady and I needed a part to fit on the end of a hose. I walked into Bunnings Marion store and went to the hose isle and picked what I thought would fit. There was a very lovely gentleman called DAVID who was working in the area and he was so helpful and kind in helping me choose the correct part. He was knowledgeable about all products in this area. David was very welcoming when I asked him if I could get his help. People like David are an asset to your business. Helen 😊

Great place! Love that we can take our family dog, grab a sausage sizzle or a coffee and our son can have a play on the enclosed playground! Always friendly, organised and tidy!
