I feel blessed to have met Natalie in 2022. Through her own lived experiences Natalie personifies the qualities needed to offer the safe, supportive, and caring space through Alite Mind for women, children and teens. For all her professionalism, Natalie is still able to connect, articulate and meet needs in a personable, fun, but real way as she is completely heart centred in all offerings from counselling one on one, workshops, and guiding meditation. I have just spent 5 days on a meditation retreat with Natalie and felt that I needed to share my experience. Natalie is truely professional, has a great breadth of knowledge particularly in relation to children but also in the women's arena. Her meditation/counselling skills are up to date and creative. She gives 110% in everything that she does. I look forward to spending further time with her in October .

I have known Natalie since January 2020 and am so grateful our paths crossed. Natalie has incredible enthusiasm, is a leader in any area she steps into and has a deep passion and ability to support others. It has been an honour to witness her journey over the last 5 years, from bringing mindfulness practices to staff at her engineering business, to studying meditation, mindfulness and counselling and commencing Alite Mind studio at St Agnes to further support the community.
