The Gully Public House & Garden — Landscaping in Tea Tree Gully, SA

We celebrated our Wedding reception at the Gully hotel and found the experience to be just amazing! All our guests complimented the atmosphere, location, service and their meals & drinks. The personalised service we received from The Gully's Function Manager, Ashleigh Eustice, was next level. She was patient with our many questions and changes, and metaphorically held our hands up till the night. The night itself went perfectly... ALL the staff were just beautiful and attentive to our group... we felt so very special and now have a memory that will last a lifetime! Thank you again Ashleigh and the entire Gully staff!

This place is still going! Absolutely love the beer garden area, unique structures that make it the Great pub it is. Lovely spot to sit and drink socially or have a good pub meal. Lots of indoor or outdoor areas to sit & mingle, relax with a wine or chill and watch the big screen with a beer. Fans and greenery make the warmer weather bearable in the garden. Log fire heater inside keeps the warmth and romance going in the cooler months. Staff are nice and attentive.

The Atmosphere is fantastic, the staffs were not very friendly ( But I can tolerate that) , food was quick but we were there very early. What it really disappointed me was the barramundi ( over 30 dollars per dish) surely I deserved some fresh broccoli not frozen ones …. The fried chicken bowl the vegetables were not fresh at all….. Hopefully the kitchen can improve, at least use some good and fresh ingredients, don’t waste this beautiful space.

Good atmosphere. Shame there was 45 mins between meals on our large table during lunch service on a Saturday. Ordered fish and chips. Chips were cold and no tartare Burger bun was burnt Chicken snitty was so dry and horrible Vegan burger wasn’t cooked through. Bar tender forgot my beers half way through. Very dissapointed Every meal had its faults at our table.

we waited 2 hours for our food and still didn’t finish it. we sat down after ordering at 7:15 and got our food at 9. the chilli and garlic squid was disgusting and tasted like a wet piece of tissue. the tempura fish and chips were obviously frozen and gross as well. the medium rare steaks were well done and with a lot of fat. the restaurant was at maybe 20% capacity as well, with lots of other tables not eating until 8:30/9 too. For a father’s day dinner, it was very disappointing and we will not be eating here again.
