Hunter Industries — Irrigation in Hawthorn, VIC

Emailed to ask for help in locating a technician in trying to diagnose and repair a HUNTER system. Was told to find a local installer. THATS WHY I AM EMAILING YOU - to find one! reply email asking for a supplier list or technician list in my area has not been replied to, so I am guessing I am being ignored. Controllers work well but if the backup service is this terrible I’ll be looking for a different brand.

I just rang to find out where I can get Hunter irrigation maintenance suggestions. The lovely man (Shane?), came past on the way home, had a look, diagnosed problems and referred me to 2 irrigation specialists. What a lovely surprise to get this sort of service as "advice". It's been years since I've experienced this generosity of spirit.

Nicholas has regularly provided very valuable insight into our Hunter controllers and how to achieve the best outcome to irrigate our nursery. Our only additional wish beyond his control is reverting to the 24 hours clock but the USA can only count to 12 twice unfortunately.

Called up this afternoon to get some technical advice on my X Core Controller. Nicholas returned my call promptly and took the time to explain why I was experiencing the problem I was having. He was very patient and clearly explained in detail, exactly what I needed to do. I’ve just made the adjustments that he suggested and it’s all fixed. Thank you so much Nicholas. You were professional, courteous and extremely helpful and I really appreciate you taking the time out to help me this afternoon.
