Booked a material hoist and the staff told me it was to be delivered next day 6am. Both my husband and I heard that and we checked that it was very early and he said yes. The next day I went to the site to wait for the delivery and nothing popped up. Called at 7am they saying it is 8:30am delivery. Very frustrating experience.

Thanks you all at Richmond Kennards hire. The team here is courteous and extremely helpful. I was loaded and gone in an extremely efficient manner and drop off was just as fast if not faster. We hired a carpet cleaning machine for today. I am very satisfied the machine was available for today. The customer service was excellent. Explained how to use the machine. Which was easy to use. Especially the cleaning chemicals where just tablets, which made it easier for me to take machine on the 75 tram, only the machine to carry.
