Highly recommend!! They redesigned our victorian house’s front garden (St Kilda West) including irrigation, lighting, bird bath, concrete and tree stump removals. Lachie was very honest throughout, a good communicator. The Luma team always turned up on the days they said they would, and on time, Ella was especially great. After already having completed the design, Lachie was also very flexible with amendments when I changed my mind altogether on the design brief I gave! Lachie and his team also met the incredibly tight deadline we wanted for the project, and with mature planting sizes. We found their pricing to be well organised/transparent. Given the highly positive experience, we are now seeking Luma to take on the landscaping project for our backyard too.

Our every interaction with the Luma Landscapes crew has been a pleasure, from the initial quote stages right through to our finished exquisite garden. Other companies were cagey about their design ideas during the initial quote but Lachie was so easy to deal with and gave us a rough idea of what he might do with the space, making us comfortable to go ahead with the design phase. Lachie was a dream to work with. He is professional, has great attention to detail, can problem-solve when there are hiccups and above all is down-to-earth and easy to deal with. His team are hard workers and lovely people – we actually missed them when they finished! Most impressive has been the obvious pride in their work with Lachie making regular stops in the aftermath to check that plants are growing as they should and that the watering system and drainage are working well. We (as well as our friends and family) have been amazed at how quickly the garden has been established just months down the track, not to mention the value it has added to our home. We couldn’t be happier with the beautiful space Luma Landscapes has created and would highly recommend them without hesitation.
