We are so lucky to be able to get a spot at Family Tree's new Baldivis South centre for our 1.5 year old. Having first visited their Baldivis Centre when we first moved to this area, it was our first choice but they were full, so we had to enrol him into another centre while waiting for a spot to open up. He was having a hard time at the centre because it was too big and overwhelming for him. And finally, after months of waiting, the new Baldivis South Centre has opened and we switched over immediately. From day 1 of starting at Family Tree he warmed up to the wonderfully caring and loving educators in the toddler room. He enjoy going there and there is no more tears at drop off, which I'm so glad about! The centre is very clean and organised, with a great size yard with fun facilities and rides for babies and kids to enjoy. Whenever I go for pick up all the kids are out there playing and enjoying themselves, all look like having fun and relaxed while educators are there looking after them to ensure safety. Apart from the educators, the centre manager Amy and the team are also simply amazing. They know you and your kid by name and really supportive. The centre has a great family feel to it, definitely a much better option over big chain childcare centres where the numbers are high and attention to details is low. Cannot recommend Family Tree enough!

This childcare is by far the BEST! Staff are so welcoming and supportive. My son has always been by my side and I was unsure how we would go but he’s settled in so quickly and loves all the girls, he’s always asking to go to “school”. So grateful to all the staff, they’re all superstars!
