Stratco Canning Vale — Retaining Walls in Canning Vale, WA

Ordered a bench on sale online via click and collect and arrived to pickup on Saturday. Sale had ended by this time and at the counter I found out I had failed to complete the order online all the way through. My own error. Customer service fellow, Anish Jain, was very understanding and reached out to his manager and explained my situation who then authorised the sale price. Anish helped me load into my car. Great service, very helpful and I love that Stratco extended themselves to understand my situation. Thanks guys! Would definitely come again and recommend.

I wanted to make cover for my window front so its not a see through from the main road I explained Anish my project and he suggested quick screen Panel 2400x1200 which was really close to what i was chasing. He showed me the display and i was very happy with the solution he provided for my DIY project. He also very politely asked me to give a google review of his service at the very end on the billing station. Super happy with Anish . Great employee.
