Great offerings in store, with some rich and well presented delights. Many stores could pick up a few tips on how to present their merchandise. However it's the Frontline staff who let the side down, automatic robots, just going through the bare minimum in pathetic customer service. I got the impression, (apart from the two ladies doing the cheese samples) that all the staff wished to anywhere but serving customers.

Spent over $100 for a birthday cake and flowers. Cake was average at best, flowers not only started dying within a day of purchasing, but were also swarming with bugs as seen in the pictures

best supermarket in perth! highly recommend having breakfast or brunch there with lot of options for food and cafe, the sitting area is so chill with great vibes! ✨❤️

I regret coming here to get my necessities. The cashiers were extremely rude and racist toward non-local customers. There were two young ladies (I assume they’re quite young based on their immature behavior) who kept giving me strange stares, talking behind my back, and thinking I couldn’t hear them, but I did. I even have your photos. I sincerely hope that with this review, the management takes action and ensures their cashiers learn to be polite and stop discriminating against non-locals. We come to your place to buy what we need and then leave, we’re not even staying here. It’s unfortunate because you offer quality groceries, but your cashiers’ racist behavior completely ruins the experience.

Great place to visit. The prepared food is very well presented. Perhaps somewhat overpriced but the helpings are generous and the quality is high. Not sure if it's standard procedure but the meals we all got were under seasoned...no salt. Food is never as nice when the salt is added after. It really would raise the level with some more seasoning. The selection of cheeses is really impressive and there is a good selection of olives, etc for making great platters. Nice butchers and seafood. The wine loft has some great wines, some of them perhaps a little pricey for many. The teppanyaki bar is a great addition. All the staff were very pleasant and keen to help. Well done everyone.
