What an EXCEPTIONAL experience with Kaushal at Mister Minit in Morley! I went there late on a Friday afternoon, desperately seeking to have a metal water bottle engraved for a dear friend and colleague starting a new job. Kaushal was so incredibly helpful, compassionate and supportive (I was a bit stressed 😅) and delivered absolute perfection in record time for such a great price! He helped me not only with font and sizing, but also placement on the bottle itself. The person who helped me was absolutely lovely! The three sets of keys I had cut all worked perfectly and were finished in less than ten minutes. I was nervous after my experience at a large hardware store that the keys wouldn't work but Mister Minit are far more reliable and I won't think of going anywhere else from now on!

Yesterday my car key broke and fell apart, and I was honestly so stressed! I went down to Mister Minit at Galleria and met Kushal, who was amazing from start to finish. He was super friendly, professional, and went above and beyond — even coming out to my car to make sure the new key worked properly. The whole process was quick, smooth, and very affordable too! I left feeling so relieved and happy. Highly recommend his service!
