Cullen and the team at Principal Landscapes have been fantastic with our project in Doubleview. We required a full garden redesign and Cullen worked within our budget and schedule to bring the design to life. The onsite team were fantastic to deal with and communication was clear and easy. Our whole family love the outcome and we can't wait to complete the next stage. Highly recommended!!

Sent an online inquiry on the Aust day long weknd & received an ooo until the following week. Waited a few days after that & sent a follow-up and then another a week later. Had really hoped to speak to someone as photos on their site aligned to what we were after. Finally received a reply asking for photos & plans, to “see if it was something we could help with” We didn’t have plans, it’s the whole reason we were looking for a Landscape designer, but I did send photos and never heard from them again. Not sure whether clients are culled based on their suburb or if photos of non-straight forward blocks are vetoed. Either way, it doesn’t take much to have some level of customer service & communication.

We are so happy with the excellent job Cullen and his team did in our front lawn, artificial lawn and backyard! Highly Recommend the team at Principal Landscapes!! Cullen and his team were professional and efficient - they listened to our ideas, offered great suggestions, and brought everything together. The end result was a garden that we were looking for.
