One star because half not possible. Wouldn't EVER put a family member here. Like most others, they're happy to take your money but they are not staffed enough to deal with high needs. I saw enough to reach this conclusion quickly. Feel sorry for the high needs residents that no longer have a voice

The staff here are amazing. Each and every one of them show true care and compassion. The facilities are great - the rooms, common areas and the gardens. At times I felt they were a bit understaffed, but I think that is just unfortunately a sign of the times. My beautiful Nanna came to stay for a few months for temporary care but chose to stay on. She was very happy here. My family was equally as happy. They treated her with dignity and respect and made her last few years happy and comfortable. Thank you Regents Garden, Scarborough 😊

Staff have been helpful, doctor has done a good job, premises are very nice. Overall very happy with the care my Dad has been receiving.
