I would not recommend this company at all. They kept on making excuses why they could not attend the very important jobs at our apartment complex. From the plumber who was very unprofessional and rude, cutting out and leaving holes in our bathroom walls and ceiling. Not contacting us for months. Suddenly making an appearance making more of a mess. For PRM to say they did not want to do the job after all that. By the way our strata company had to find out that PRM were not interested in finishing what they started. PRM did not have the courtesy to tell any of us. They kept on ignoring phone calls. How people sleep at night is beyond me!

PRM have completed a number of jobs for us over the past few years, most recently installing a handbasin in one of our treatment rooms. We found them to be competent, efficient and excellent value. Would not hesitate in recommending them.

We engaged Rob and Todd to carry out extensive, much-needed maintenance and repairs around our house including replacement of our front deck, repair of the uprights on our front verandah (including the footings), repair and rebuild of a very dilapidated upstairs verandah. The guys were great to deal with; personable, easy to communicate with and did a great job on jobs that other tradies had put in the "too hard basket". We are engaging them again for the next on our long list of repairs/maintenance!

We had Rob undertake a number of tasks around our house. They were all done quickly and well. We were especially pleased with his work restoring a bathroom wall and fitting. We were worried it was going to be an expensive problem to fix but Rob got it done cheaply and easily - it looks brand new!

I have waited some time after the finish of my renovation so that I would review without emotion. Their handling of paperwork processes are inadequate. Information sent to them by the client was lost or not passed onto Supervisor.The Scope of Works was a document that could be ignored. Mistakes or less than great finish were something that the "next in line tradie could fix" or "our mistake, but that's how it is. The electricians who attended where wonderful in every respect and other trades would have been perfect as well if PRM had an eye for detail and commanded excellence. .
