Lee did a terrible job for my disabled partner. The taps leak, and the layout is terrible. There is a very dangerous trip point at the top of a staircase, and he hasn't cleaned up the mess he created. Very disappointed!

Lee was awesome. He responded to my query within a couple of hours, and more importantly, fixed my retic within 48hrs! Very efficient and friendly and Lee is very professional also. He even popped into my house on public holiday to make sure my issue was resolved/fixed quickly, such amazing work ethic highly trusted. Thanks Lee, top job 👍🏻

Lee seemed helpful at first and we booked him for a large job. Unfortunately, once the job was complete we noticed that the soil Lee had used contained grass and clover and it took over the garden we had paid him a premium to redo. When confronted with the issue, Lee obfuscated and seemed to make up a bunch of excuses (doesn’t know how to use email 🫤). Instead of owning the issue and fixing it, Lee then seemed to suggest we should pay him for further communication. I find this kind of behaviour in extremely poor taste. Lee has shown a lack of accountability and now, due to his highly circumspect behaviour, we are having the soil tested for other contaminants. Not only would I not recommend but I would suggest that any service supplied by this person is suspect in the extreme. Would avoid at all costs (and it does cost).

I called Lee to help me with an old solenoid reticulation valve which had split its casing and was leaking badly. He was incredibly helpful and arrived at my place within a couple of hours. He fixed the problem with spare parts in no time. Very reasonable fees too. I strongly recommend Reticulation Garden Doctor.
