be careful ordering fertiliser online website states 25 kg bag paid for 25kg got it home and realised it was a 20 kg very unhappy when i phoned them i was informed they don't do 25kg bags anymore . i could have got it cheaper some where else but i paid more to get what is advertised on their website . Didn't even get a apology wont be getting my business again

I had such a great experience with the team at Lawn Doctor. They gave honest advice and did not overly push any products, but instead focused on building a foundation and relationship, which I really respect. I manage a retail store myself and understand how important that approach is, so I was very impressed. What really stood out was how kind they were to my toddler. They even let her feed the fish, which absolutely made her day. It was two ladies and a gentleman who helped me on Thursday afternoon. I am sorry I did not get your names, but you have definitely earned a customer for life. Highly recommend.

Thank you so much for all the advice and assistance you’ve provided to us over the past few weeks on our lawn journey! My partner and I are extremely new to gardening and didn’t know the first thing about laying lawn. It’s been many weeks of tackling very clay dense soil and prepping the yard for success. The lady at Lawn Doctor (I am so sorry I didn’t catch your name) was incredibly kind and helpful and spent so much time with us ensuring we had everything thing we needed for a healthy lawn. Expert advice and ecological product recommendations: I had newly laid turf, and it is 10 weeks old. I discovered 2-3 different grubs and moths active in dead or dying spots on the new turf. After gathering the evidence in a container, I took it all the way up to the Turf Doctor ( I live south of the river) because I did not want to go to the big Green Shed and just get a "Kill everything" bug/grass solution. Once there, the grubs were quickly identified, and a product 'Acelepryn GR' was recommended. I made it very clear that I didn't want to harm the other helpful invertebrates within the turf or immediate location. The lady behind the counter was extremely helpful and assured me that if used per directions, it would only target pest species, aka Army worm and Silk worm infestation plus Lawn beetle and some others. Not only that, but it acts as a barrier for up to 6 months and stops the eggs (moths of the army and silk worm) from being viable once they get to ground level. Once applied and per instructions, I began to see dead grubs within 24 hours. A week later and those badly damaged areas are slowly getting better. Thank you, Lawn Doctor, for your assistance and advice. You have helped save an expensive lawn investment. 💯 *Please note that this product is available at other retailers also, but I doubt I would have got the same service or expert advice and the assurance I needed by going to anyone else than the Lawn Doctor.
