Firstly, John as a naturopath is fantastic. I have been seeing him for many years, and have taken my daughter to him when she was a new born (she is now 10 years old). He is fantastic in finding the root causes of issues and balancing out my body. I also cannot rave enough about John's rescue remedy drops!! Both myself and my daughter have been taking them, particularly before bed time, and they are so effective in quieting the head noise and relieving stress.
