Had an issue with a previous purchase that was made. Came into the penrith store and was served by Melissa at the front desk. She was very polite and helped me with my purchase. 5 stars for her and the store

I am writing to express my disappointment with the Companion Flat Drinking Water Hose With Reel purchased from BCF Penrith. After the very first use, the handle snapped, requiring a replacement from BCF Coffs Harbour the following day. Unfortunately, the replacement proved equally substandard. After several uses, the hose began swelling and blowing out, forcing me to cut it back. The screw fitting ring used to secure the hose snapped during normal tightening. Most concerning, the handle has failed again due to inadequate, undersized screws securing it to the reel body. This product is poorly designed, unreliable, and not fit for purpose. I strongly advise against purchasing it.

I had a very good experience with Deb, who guided me to purchase each and every little things I need as a beginner in fishing. She took time to explain things to me which I would have never understood on my own. Thanks to Deb for making my shopping experience much better.

Easy to deal with however took a tad longer than I’d expect to be greeted given the low amount of people in store. Once served though the boys grabbed the Weber Q for me and loaded it into my van.

I will start by stating that I don't Boat, Camp, 'or' Fish, so I am not able to comment about this store in regard to those types of things....But I did buy a couple of their Aluminium Roll Up Camp Tables for the wife/boss from this store recently. There was plenty of parking, the items were easy to find in store, the items were as described, and the staff were great. I do believe I had me some good old-fashioned BCF'n fun 😉. The tables are actually quite good for the price. Strong, light, and easy to store in their little bag. The boss uses them for gardening activities.
