The results for me have been amazing. I recently went to Steve and was limping with pain in my hip from a bad flare up of bursitis and mild tears in the gluteal tendons. After one session I was walking out of there without pain. I have taken advice on board and I am amazed by the results. I have even started doing a small amount of squats and lunges which I could not do a few weeks ago and no longer need a pillow under my leg at night to stop my knee aching and physio has discharged me as I am improving so much. Stairs are still a bit of an issue but no mow limping. I can’t thank Steve enough. I highly recommend.

I joined the Jade Fitness and FUNctional Movement class 6 weeks ago with a friend. I was nervous to do something outside my comfort zone and was afraid of being judged by others in the class like I have been most of my life. I am so grateful I didn’t allow fear to hold me back as this class is absolutely amazing, the participants are so supportive and welcoming, they help you with moves and tips when you feel overwhelmed. The instructors are always there to support you and help with the form you are learning, they explain what moves you are doing and why so you understand how it works. No one is judging you even when you make a mistake, you can laugh it off and keep going it’s about not giving up on yourself. I personally feel happier in my life since starting this class, my family have noticed how excited I get each Tuesday and Thursday before I head off for the class, I feel good doing something fun and productive for myself for the first time in many years, it’s always been about my husband and my daughter and what they need and now it’s my turn to put me first a couple of nights a week. I highly recommend anyone over 40 wanting to do something for themselves come and give this class a try you won’t regret it 😊

I went to Jade Healing to alleviate the pain I was experiencing after 3 hip operations and 2 compacted discs in my back. I was bed bound for a week at a time every few weeks as my back would seize. I went and saw Steve at Jade healing who helped alleviate the pain so I could walk without pain. Steve suggested I think about the over 40’s FUNctional movement and fitness class. I have now been going to class twice a week for 3 months and my back has not seized once! I gave greater range of movement and am really enjoying being able to he more active. I have met some fantastic people in the class who are all very supportive, fun and helpful. Highly recommend Jade Healing group both for individual sessions of acupressure with Steve and gaining more mobility and having fun with the FUNctional movement and fitness class. Nerida P

Just an update on my previous 5 star review of Steve at the Jade Healing Centre. It's been over 12 months since I first saw Steve and I am still free of chronic lower back and hip pain. Steve's acupressure massage techniques are amazing and I feel great after his treatments.

Steve’s Treatment Changed Everything! If you’ve lost flexibility, movement, or have persistent niggling pains, go see Steve. I had a bad case of trigger finger in both hands, which eventually stopped me from fully clenching my fists. Doctors and specialists told me surgery or injections were the only options. Steve took a different approach—he treated the root cause. After just three sessions, I regained full use of my hands, with better flexibility and joint movement than I’ve had in years. He also helped resolve a few other issues I’d been struggling with. I highly recommend Steve. His work speaks for itself.
